About

A technologist working in commercial real estate, based in Miami.

I work at the intersection of data, AI, and business strategy — helping people in CRE make faster, smarter decisions with the right tools and technology.

My path here wasn't exactly traditional. I moved to Florida from the Philadelphia suburbs in 2014 and settled in Cocoa Beach. I worked as a pizza chef to put myself through college and started school a little later in life, at 24. Looking back, that timing worked in my favor — I had a real sense of purpose and a strong curiosity for how markets, systems, and decisions actually work.

I was originally drawn to economics and finance, but joining the real estate club at UCF really changed things. I ended up serving as treasurer, which gave me my first real experience with leadership — planning trips, arranging speakers, managing the budget, and navigating the politics of large group decisions. That role taught me a lot about communication and ownership.

Through the club, I landed a fantastic internship with Vision Development and Management in Orlando, working under Frank Silverman — a self-made real estate investor I really look up to. He gave me real exposure to the business, and it was during that time that I started to understand how deals actually get done, and how much of real estate is about people, relationships, and long-term thinking.

Later, working as a research analyst, I found myself drawn to the tech side of the business. I started using GIS and data analytics tools to understand markets and tell better stories with the data. That's where my passion for data-driven storytelling came from — taking raw information and turning it into something useful, visual, and clear. It opened the door to where I am now: focused on how we use data, AI, automation, and better software to improve how real estate is leased, occupied, invested in, and operated.

Today I lead market intelligence and technology for Stream Realty Partners across Florida, and I'm continuing to build on that path. I'm pursuing my MBA at Florida State University with a focus on management information systems, and expanding my technical skills through ongoing certifications and hands-on work. Along the way I've designed and built a suite of tools for brokers — starting with SuiteStack — that streamline tenant tracking and stack planning, powered by custom databases and embedded AI workflows.

On a personal note

I'm a proud Florida transplant, husband, and dog dad who's fully embraced the Miami sunshine. I'm an economics nerd and geopolitics junkie at heart, which means I enjoy thinking about how big-picture trends shape local markets and businesses. That blend of analytical curiosity and real-world grounding shapes how I approach everything — authentic, informed, and always looking ahead. When I'm not building tech or analyzing market data, you'll probably find me at the beach, checking out a new neighborhood, or kicking around ideas with friends and peers.

Married my match

Tiara and I got married in 2024 in Cocoa Beach, a place that means a lot to both of us. We met while working together at JLL, and even early on I had a deep respect for how sharp, driven, and magnetic she was. It didn't take long to realize we made a great team — and not just at work. She's the most vibrant, grounded, and inspiring person I know. Where I dream big and chase ideas, she brings focus, calm, and a rare kind of confidence that's felt more than said. My weaknesses are often her strengths, and that balance makes me better every day.

Outside the office

Most of our downtime is spent close to home — reading on the balcony, walking around Bayfront Park, cooking dinner together, or playing with our dog, Jaxon. He has more friends in the neighborhood than we do, and somehow knows exactly when it's time to head to the dog park. When I'm not chasing Jaxon or hanging out with Tiara, I'm often diving into a new AI tool, sketching out product ideas, or reading up on the market.
